Agreement to terms

By accessing or using IRL Culture (operated by Growth Haus LLC), including our website at irlculture.com and our newsletter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

What we provide

IRL Culture is a newsletter and cultural curation platform. We provide:

• A weekly newsletter covering festivals, nightlife, and cultural events
• Editorial guides and city content published on irlculture.com
• Festival and event recommendations across New York, Portugal, London, and São Paulo

We do not sell tickets, make bookings, or act as an agent for any event, venue, or promoter. All information is editorial in nature.

Newsletter subscription

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receiving periodic emails from IRL Culture. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send. We will not send you marketing emails unrelated to IRL Culture.

You must provide an accurate email address. We reserve the right to remove any subscriber who provides false information or uses our service in a manner inconsistent with these terms.

Content and intellectual property

All content published on irlculture.com — including text, images, guides, and editorial — is owned by Growth Haus LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish our content without written permission.

Sharing links to our content is encouraged. Quoting short excerpts with attribution is permitted. Reproducing full articles or guides without permission is not.

Accuracy of information

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of event dates, lineups, venue information, and travel details. However, festival and nightlife information changes frequently. We cannot guarantee that all details are current at the time of reading.

Always verify dates, tickets, and venue details directly with the relevant organiser before making travel or purchase decisions. IRL Culture is not liable for any costs incurred based on information that has changed since publication.

Acceptable use
